摘 要:针对原高苯酚饱和聚酯树脂生产的高COD、苯酚等复杂化工综合废水的原处理工艺只能满足GB 8978-1996中的三级标准的情况,为提高出水水质,满足当地县镇污水处理厂的纳管要求,采用以催化氧化技术主深度处理工艺,同时将高效吸附药剂作为备用。工程总投资353.45万元,污水处理规模250 t/d。实际运行结果表明,在进水COD和NH_3-N、TN、TP、苯酚的质量浓度分别≤200 mg/L和≤10、≤20、≤3、≤2 mg/L的情况下,深度处理后COD和NH_3-N、TN、TP、苯酚的质量浓度分别<60 mg/L和<8、<35、<0.50、<0.50 mg/L,水质满足GB 31572-2015中的表1要求,污水处理费用估算为5.68元/t。Aimed at the original treatment process of high phenol saturated polyester resin industrial complex chemical wastewater with high COD and phenol,which only met the third standard of GB 8978-1996,in order to improve the effluent quality and meet the requirements of the local county sewage treatment plant,the catalytic oxidation technology was adopted as the main advanced treatment process and the high efficiency adsorption medicament as standby application.The total investment of the project was 3 353 500 yuan,and the sewage treatment scale was 250 t/d.The actual operation results showed that,when influent COD and mass concentration of NH3-N,TN,TP and phenol was less than 200 mg/L and 10,20,3,2 mg/L,respectively,the COD and mass concentration of NH3-N,TN,TP and phenol was less than 60 mg/L and 8,35,0.50,0.50 mg/L respectively after advanced treatment,the water quality met the requirements of table 1 of GB 31572-2015.The sewage treatment cost was estimated to be 5.68 yuan/t.
