摘 要:超疏水涂层具有自清洁性,在绝缘子表面涂覆超疏水涂层有助于提高输电线路抵御污秽闪络事故的能力。为此提出了一种具有良好耐磨性能的新型甲基硅树脂超疏水涂层,对涂覆甲基硅树脂超疏水涂层的绝缘子串进行了人工污秽试验研究,试验观测了绝缘子串的表面润湿状态、污闪电压、临界泄漏电流和憎水性恢复。结果表明:涂覆超疏水涂层的绝缘子表面饱和湿润后水滴分布稀疏,有效利用了绝缘子表面的爬电距离;在重度污秽条件下,流过绝缘子表面的临界泄漏电流仅为84.7 m A,绝缘子串的工频污闪电压为63.2 k V。甲基硅树脂超疏水涂层在人工污秽试验中显示出良好的防污闪效果,对提高输电线路绝缘子防污能力具有重要的参考价值。Superhydrophobic coating has a favorable self-cleaning effect, and the insulator coated with superhydrophobic coating is effective in improving the anti-pollution flashover performance of transmission lines. We developed a novel methyl silicone resin superhydrophobic coating with good abrasion resistance, and conducted artificial contamination tests for insulators coated with methyl silicone resin superhydrophobic coating Moreover, the surface wetting condition, flashover voltage, critical leakage current and hydrophobicity recovery of the insulators were presented. Experimental results show that droplets are sparsely distributed on superhydrophobic coating after saturated wetting, and the creepage distance of insulators is effectively utilized. Under the condition of heavy contamination, the critical leakage current of the insulators coated with methyl silicone resin superhydrophobic coating is only 84.7 mA, and the pollution flashover voltage of the insulator string is 63.2 kV. The methyl silicone resin superhydrophobic coating shows superior anti-pollution flashover performances in artificial contamination tests, which has great reference values for improving the antifouling ability of insulators on transmission lines.
