摘  要:在深埋矿体和井巷工程内等特殊条件下施工帷幕注浆工程所面临的技术难题一直是限制该行业技术发展的重要因素之一。依托云南某水患矿山,在井巷内成功实施了"鱼刺型"钻孔改性黏土浆帷幕注浆试验工程,其主要特点是:深埋矿体巷道内施工环境下,采用大钻孔孔距以及改性黏土注浆材料,在高注浆压力条件下实现构造导水地质环境下渗流含水层注浆,钻探方面所实施的"鱼刺型"分支孔曲率半径均小于5 m,分支角度大于30°,方位角偏差小于±10°。经研究验证该试验工程地层注浆量大大提高,达到设计注浆量1.5倍,堵水效果达到行业内要求。该项目在注浆材料和钻探工艺方面的研究成果不仅为该矿山水患治理提供了技术支撑,同时也为国内类似条件矿山帷幕注浆工程提供了借鉴。The technical difficulties faced by the curtain grouting project under special conditions of deep buried ore body and underground engineering have always been one of the important factors that restrict the development of the industry.Relying on a water mine in Yunnan,the modified clay slurry curtain grouting project with"fishbone type"drilling has been successfully implemented in the well lane. Its main characteristics are: under the construction environment of roadway for deep buried ore body,the large borehole distance and modified clay grouting material are used to realize the seepage water aquifer grouting under the condition of tectonic water guide geological environment and under high grouting pressure. The radius of the branch hole ratio of the "fishbone" branch hole is less than 5 m and the branch angle is greater than 30° with azimuth angle deviation less than 10 degrees. It is verified that the grouting volume in the test works is greatly improved,where the grouting volume is 1.5 times as much as that of the designed,and its water plugging effect meets the requirement of the industry The research results of this project in grouting materials and drilling technology not only provide technical support for flood control in the mine,but also provide a reference for similar curtain grouting projects in China.
