摘 要:为了得到不同通风条件下掘进巷道内的气温变化影响规律,在蚕庄金矿徐家瞳-750 m水平进行了有无人员作业、通风机是否工作、不同风量等条件下的通风降温试验研究。研究结果表明:通风6 min时气温迅速降低,12min后气温虽然降低但降温梯度大幅减小,在停风60 min时巷内气温迅速升至28℃左右,为保证工作面满足安全规程要求,有人员作业地点要保持连续通风;气温随风量的增加而降低,且距离出风口越远时气温越高,可适当加大工作面风量;巷内岩壁温度随通风时间的增加下降很小,但同一位置岩壁温度与气温温差在加大,且通风60 min后温差可达3℃以上;风筒每增加10 m,出口气温增加约1℃,实际生产中需要考虑风筒保温问题。试验得出的掘进巷道气温变化规律可为其他水平和条件下的通风降温参数设置提供参考。In order to obtain the influence law of temperature variation in the excavation roadway under different ventilation conditions,tests of ventilation and cooling under the conditions that operations is unmanned or not,the fan is working or not with different air volume were carried out at the Xujiatong-750 m level in the Canzhuang gold mine.The results showed that the temperature dropped rapidly after ventilation for 6 minutes,but the temperature decreased gently after ventilation for12 minutes.When the wind is closed for 60 minutes,the temperature in the excavation roadway rises rapidly to about 28 ℃.Therefore,in order to ensure that the working face can meet requirements of the safety regulations,continuous ventilation should be guaranteed for the personnel working place. The temperature in the excavation roadway gradually decreased as the ventilation air volume increased,and the farther away from the air outlet,the higher temperature inside the roadway. Therefore,the air volume at working face should be appropriately increased;The rock wall temperature in the excavation roadway decreased less with the increase of ventilation time,but the temperature difference between the rock wall temperature and the temperature was increased at the same position with the temperature difference more than 3 ℃ after ventilation for 60 minutes;For every 10 m away from the ventilation duct,the temperature at the exit would increase by about 1 ℃. So,it is necessary to consider thermal insulation of the air duct in actual production.The temperature variation law in the excavation roadway obtained from tests provides a reference for the setting of ventilation and cooling parameters under other levels and conditions.
