摘 要:文章为提高轧染机放卷系统对张力控制的稳定性,通过结合BP神经网络算法和自抗扰控制提出一种放卷张力控制方法。根据放卷的运行机理,建立其数学模型,并推导出系统的动态解耦和静态解耦模型,设计了自抗扰控制器。在自抗扰技术的基础上,引入BP神经网络对非线性组合部分的参数进行整定,得到BP神经网络自抗扰控制器。通过仿真实验与PID控制器对比发现,该控制器实现了放卷系统张力的解耦并且能保证织物张力的稳定,能够抑制系统内部参数变化引起的张力波动以及具有良好的抗干扰性能,同时为织物的恒张力印染做出了充分的准备。Aimed at improving the stability of tension control in roll-dyeing machine, combined with BP neural network algorithm and auto disturbance rejection control, a method of tension control for unwinding was proposed in this paper. According to the operating mechanism of unwinding, the mathematic model was established, and the dynamic and static decoupling models of the system were deduced, and the auto disturbance rejection controller was designed. On the basis of the auto disturbance rejection technique, BP neural network was introduced to set the parameters of the nonlinear combination part, and the BP neural network auto disturbance rejection controller was obtained. Con- clusion through comparing simulation experiment and PID controller, the controller realizes the decoupling of the tension of the unwinding system and can guarantee the stability of the fabric tension, and can restrain the tension fluctuation caused by the variation of the internal parameters of the system and have good anti-jamming performance, at the same time make full preparation for the textile constant tension printing and dyeing.
