摘  要:钢纤维聚合物混凝土作为一种新型的机床结构材料,具有很多传统机床结构材料不曾具有的优良性能。将该种材料用于机床基础件上,可明显提高机床的动力学特性,改善机床对外界环境的适应性,研究该种材料在机床制造业中的应用对于我国制造业的发展具有重要意义。基于材料的制备工艺流程,设计了使用该种材料制备机床基础件的相关夹具。采用总分总的设计思路,先设计简单零件的夹具,然后再将简单零件组装起来,从而得到所需制造的零件。研究成果可为钢纤维聚合物混凝土在机床行业中的广泛应用提供依据。Steel fiber reinforced polymer concrete as a new kind of machine tools structural materials has much good performance which traditional machine tools structural materials did not have.The application of such materials in machine tool basic parts can improve dynamic characteristic of machine tools and improve adaptation to external environment.The application of such materials has played an important role for the development of the China's manufacturing industry.In addition,This study is carried out in the context of the national key"high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment"project approval.Designed the use of the material preparation machine basis fixture based on the material preparation process.On the basis of total-part-total,firstly designed fixtures of simple parts,secondly got the needed parts through assemble them.The results of the research has important theoretical value of engineering applications of steel fiber reinforced polymer concrete in machine tools industry.
