摘  要:钛合金材料具有比强度高、变形系数小、热强性、低温韧性、抗腐蚀性和较好的焊接性能等优点,被越来越多的应用于航空航天、舰船制造等领域。超音速火焰喷涂碳化钨技术是热喷涂技术的一种,是利用热源将喷涂材料加热到熔融或半熔融状态,用高速气流将其雾化并喷射到基体表面形成涂层的技术。为了使钛合金零件表面超音速火焰喷涂碳化钨工艺更加成熟,通过从材料、设备、人员、工艺和加工环境等方面进行控制,完善并优化工艺条件,提高了加工效率,节约了制造成本,保证了工艺质量。Titanium alloy has lots of advantages,such as high specific strength,low deforming ratio,thermal strength,low temperature toughness,corrosion resistance,good welding performance and so on,which has been widely used in aviation and shipbuilding.High velocity oxy-fuel tungsten carbide is a kind of thermal spraying technologies,it is a technology that heats the material by heating it to melt or semi-molten state,and uses jet stream aerosolized the tungsten carbide sprayed onto the substrate surface thus forming coating.In order to let the process of high velocity oxy-fuel tungsten carbide more mature,by controlling material,equipments,people,process and environment and so on,the technological conditions and machining efficiency were improved,the costs were saved and the quality was ensured.
