摘　　要：随着空管保障航班的不断增多、管制压力的不断增大、设备规模的不断壮大,零备件库存管理工作也越来越多,做好零备件的库存信息管理和分析可以大大提高零备件的使用率,减少设备故障时间,进而最大程度保障民航飞行安全。With the increasing of the air traffic control flights, the increasing of the control pressure and the growing scale of equipment, the management work of spare parts inventory is also increasing. Doing well the inventory information management and analysis of spare parts can greatly improve the utilization rate of spare parts, reduce the failure time of equipment, so as to maximize the guarantee of civil aviation flight safety.
