摘　　要：论文以某钢厂的油桶板生产流水线上出现的粘结缺陷为实际案例,分析了冷轧带钢粘结缺陷这一影响退火冷板表面质量的主要发生原因,并据此采取了相应的控制措施,最终达到提高企业经济效益、降低能耗的目的。Taking the bond defect on the production line of oil barrel plate in a steel factory as a practical case, the paper analyzes the main causes of the bond defect of cold rolled strip that affects the surface quality of annealed cold plate, and corresponding control measures are adopted according to this, so as to achieve the goal of improving the economic benefit of enterprises and reducing the energy consumption.
