我国优秀青年女子100m栏运动员时间特征分析

摘　　要：本文主要采用录像分析法和数理统计法,对2018年全国青年田径锦标赛女子100m栏项目进入决赛的8名运动员全程时间特征进行分析研究。结果表明:不同水平运动员在各项时间特征上均表现出不同差异,部分运动员在某一时间特征上表现出个性化,本次比赛成绩较好的优秀运动员在一些技术上也存在明显不足。最后根据研究结果对运动员提出了针对性的训练方向建议。This paper mainly adopts video analysis method and mathematical statistics method to analyze and study the time characteristics of the eight athletes who entered the final of women＇s 100m hurdles in the 2018 national youth athletics championships. The results showed that athletes at different levels which show different characteristics in various time difference, some athletes individuation in the characteristics in a certain time, the performance good excellent athletes in some technology is also obviously deficiencies. Finally, according to the results of the study, the author puts forward some Suggestions on the training direction of athletes.
