摘  要:内冷式智能车刀实现了冷却液从车刀内部的管道通过,从而达到冷却的目的,既环保又高效,而温度控制系统是基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器,实现温度的采集。其中,温度采集使用NI9217输入板卡,输出使用NI9260输出板卡。当车刀温度超限,会调节变量泵的流量增大,从而调节温度。系统使用LabVIEW程序实现了温度的实时显示及控制,以及超限自动报警模块,系统功能强大,操作简单,人机界面良好,很好地实现了对车刀温度的有效监控和调节。Internal cold intelligent turning tool realizes cooling with coolant passing through its internal pipes, which is environment-friendly and efficient, while temperature control system acquisits temperature using LabVIEW virtual instrument, including NI9217 input interface card for temperature acquisition, and NI9260 output card for output. When the temperature of the turning tool is over the limit, the flow of variable pump can be increased to adjust the temperature. This system implements real-time display and control of the temperature using LabVIEW application, and has automatic alarm module. The system has powerful function, simple operation, and good man-machine interface, effectively monitoring and adjusting the temperature of the tool.
