摘  要:现有谷物烘干机不能自由移动行走,只能固定在单一场所。针对这一问题,设计了一款可以方便、快捷地在农机专业户及村组之间进行转场,能快速烘干谷物的的5HXY-0.5移动式谷物烘干机。阐述了烘干机的总体结构设计方案,给出了烘干角状盒、烘干风机及风量、热风炉等关键部件的设计过程。经对小麦和玉米的烘干试验验证,该机具有降水幅度大,节能高效的优点,实现了机械的小型化和可移动性,满足了用户的需要。Existing grain dryers cannot move freely and can only be fixed in a single place. In order to solve this problem, a 5HXY-0.5 mobile grain dryer is designed, which can quickly and conveniently transfer between farmers and village groups. The overall structure design of the dryer is described, and the design process of the key parts such as the drying corner box, the drying fan, the air volume and the hot air furnace is given. The drying test of wheat and corn proves that the machine has the advantages of large moisture reducing range, energy saving and high efficiency, and miniaturization and movability of the machine are realized.
