经外周静脉及介入导管溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效探究

摘　　要：目的分析经外周静脉及介入导管溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法选取2013年12月～2017年1月于本院收治的急性下肢深静脉血栓患者中选取100例,随机分为两组,对照组进行经外周静脉溶栓治疗,观察组进行介入导管溶栓治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果相较于治疗前,两组溶栓后的总血栓静脉评分均有所降低,且观察组降低幅度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经外周静脉及介入导管溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效显著,可推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of peripheral venous and interventional catheter thrombolysis in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities. Methods From December 2013 to January 2017, 100 patients with acute lower extremity DVT admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with peripheral venous thrombolysis. The observation group received interventional catheterization Suppository treatment, compared with two groups of clinical efficacy. Results Compared with before treat- ment, the total thrombectomy score of thrombolysis in both groups decreased, and the decrease in observation group was more significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity by peripheral vein and interventional catheter is significant and can be promoted.
