摘 要:目的对乙肝病毒标志物应用电化学发光免疫法检测的价值进行探讨。方法选取本院2016年1月~2016年12月期间29 239例疑似乙型肝炎患者进行研究,采用电化学发光免疫法检测,对该检测方法对乙肝病毒五项标志物阳性检出率及不同浓度HBsAg定值参比血清最低检出浓度进行观察。结果阳性检出率方面,电化学发光免疫法检出HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBc为61.33%、24.02%、50.00%、44.04%、64.67%。结论对乙肝病毒标志物应用电化学发光免疫法检测,阳性检出率较高,可为临床诊断提供更准确的依据。Objective To explore the value of detection of hepatitis B virus markers by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Methods 29 239 cases of patients with suspected hepatitis B were studied from January 2016 to December 2016, and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to detect the positive rate of five markers of HBV and the lowest detection concentration of HBsAg in different concentrations. Results In the positive detection rate, HBsAg, anti -HBe, anti -HBs, HBeAg and anti -HBc were 61.33%, 24.02%, 50.00%, 44.04% and 64.67% with electrochemi-luminescence immunoassay. Conclusion The detection rate of HBV markers by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay is high, which can provide a more accurate basis for clinical diagnosis.
