外伤性肝破裂不同手术方式与保守治疗的对比性研究

摘　　要：目的外伤性肝破裂不同手术方式与保守治疗的对比性研究。方法选取本院2016年1月～2017年7月收治的104例外伤性肝破裂患者,随机分为两组,即对照组52例,采用保守治疗,实验组52例,采用不同手术治疗。对比两组患者住院时间、治愈率及血肿变化等。结果实验组患者的住院时间、饮食恢复时间、肝内血肿长度均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),并且在ALT含量方面,实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);经过治疗后,实验组、对照组患者不良反应总发生率分别为9.6%和26.9%,研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);经过治疗后,实验组治愈率为98.1%高于对照组84.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予患者进行不同手术治疗,治疗效果优于保守治疗,其缩短住院时间,降低谷丙转氨酶水平,改善肝内血肿水平,提高生活质量,值得在临床上进行推广使用。Objective To compare the different surgical methods and conservative treatment of traumatic liver rupture. Methods 104 patients with traumatic liver ruptures treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. 52 cases in the control group were treated with conservative treatment, 52 cases in the experimental group were treated with different surgical procedures. The hospitalization time, cure rate and hematoma were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of hospitalization, the time of diet recovery and the length of intrahepatic hematoma in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the ALT content in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）; after treatment, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group were 9.6% and 26.9%, respectively. After treatment, the cure rate of the experimental group was 98.1% higher than that of the control group （84.6%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients given different surgical treatment, the treatment is better than conservative treatment, shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce the level of alanine transaminase, improve the level of intrahepatic hematoma and improve the quality of life, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
