中华民族传统体育发展趋势的研究

摘　　要：中华民族传统体育是我国文化中重要的珠宝,通过对其历史进程各时期进行分类、研究总结各阶段其发展现状、问题及今后的发展趋势,探讨其各阶段的发展,来阐释现阶段此种体育形式的发展趋势,旨在为未来该领域的发展研究提供理论依据,从而促进中华民族传统体育的发展。并提出以下建议:发挥大、中、小学在此种体育形式发展道路上的作用;把其同市场化、商业化运作结合;建立健全相关制度;建立健全相关法律,注重"活态保护";对此种体育形式的继承及发展要去伪存真、改革;把传统体育的推广同人民的切身实际相结合,同大众的健身相结合;加大该领域的理论研究,建立完整的理论体系,使其能够指导实践;此类体育项目源自中国、属于世界。Traditional Chinese Sport is a bright jewel of Chinese national culture,by classifying historical period about the development of chinese sports ,and studying present situation, problems and development trend of the stages to explore the development of Traditional Chinese National Sport, to explain the present development trend of Traditional Chinese National Sports.The thesis is aimed at providing theoretical basis for facilitating the development of the future in Traditional Chinese National Sports. It also puts forward the following suggestions： making the universities, middle and primary schools play in roles in the development of Traditional Chinese National Sports. Combining the traditional Chinese sports with marketization and commercialization; Improving the various related systems ; Establishing and improving relevant laws, pay attention to ＂living state protection＂; The inheritance and development of Traditional Chinese Sport should eliminate the falseness and retain the trueness ;Combining the promotion of Traditional Chinese Sport with the fitness of the people ; The study of traditional sports theory of the Chinese nation should be strengthened, and the Chinese traditional theoretical system should be constructed to guide the practice.
