摘　　要：精益医疗减少浪费并创造优质医疗服务的理念,现已成为国内医疗界的重要管理理念,对现代医院管理具有重要指导意义。本文就目前国内精益医疗在医疗机构管理中的方向进行探讨,并对移动医疗在精益医疗管理理念中的应用前景进行展望。Lean Medical＇s concept of reduc concept in the domestic medical industry discusses the current direction of domestic application prospects of mobile medical care ng waste and creating quality medical services has become an important management and has important guiding significance for modern hospital management.This paper lean medical care in the management of medical institutions,and looks forward to the in the concept of lean medical management.
