摘  要:介绍全膜法技术在国电汉川电厂脱硫废水零排放中的应用。通过TUF(管式超滤膜)+NF(纳滤膜)+SCRO(特殊流道卷式反渗透膜)+DTRO(高压反渗透膜)+MVR(机械蒸汽再压缩蒸发结晶)的工艺将电厂36 m^3/h的脱硫废水浓缩减量至8 m^3/h,废水含盐量提高至120 000 mg/L左右,进入蒸发结晶器进行蒸发结晶处理,最终产品为高纯度工业盐,产水作为电厂锅炉补给水全部回用。系统投运以来稳定可靠,有着良好的社会效益和经济效益。Application of full nmmbrane method in zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater treatment in Guodian Hanchuan Power Plant is introduced. Desulfurization wastewater of 36 m3/h is concentrated and reduced to 8 m3/h by processes of TUF+NF+SCRO+ DTRO+MVR. Wastewater salinity is increased to about 120 000 mg/L before wastewater is transported into the evaporative mold for e vaporation crystallization treatment. The final product is industrial salt of high purity, and the produced water is all reused as the plant boiler feed water. The system has received good social and economic benefits since it was put into operation.
