摘　　要：本文探讨了利用高温陶瓷膜管制作的除尘换热一体化装置,替代传统的省煤器和布袋除尘器。将其设置在工业锅炉尾部受热面之后,经高温除尘后的净烟气可满足SCR法脱硝催化剂温度窗口需求,达到设备高效运行目的。This paper discusses the integrated device of dust removal and heat transfer made by high temperatureceramic membrane tube, which replaces the traditional economizer and bag filter.Set it behind the heating surfaceof the tail of the industrial boiler, the net flue gas after high temperature dedusting can meet the temperaturewindow requirement of SCR denitration catalyst, and achieves the purpose of efficient operation of the equipment.
