摘  要:针对当前毕业设计存在的突出问题,基于"以学生为中心"和"优质教学资源共享"的教学理念,提出了本科毕业设计"双导师"模式。阐述了"双导师"模式的内涵,梳理了新模式建设的关键问题,开展了以毕业设计公开课为核心的教学实践,总结了新模式的优势。"双导师"模式旨在推动本科毕业设计教学实践改革,提高毕业设计质量与水平,培养应用型人才。For the prominent problems faced by the current graduation project, double advisors model for undergraduate graduation project is proposed based on the student-oriented teaching philosophy as well as advantage teaching resource sharing. The connotation and nature of double advisors model is elaborated. Some key issues of the new model is settled. The teaching practices cored by public lectures for graduation project was conducted, and the advantages of the new model were summarized. Double advisors model is aimed at promoting the reform of teaching practices for undergraduate graduation project, improving the quality and level of graduation project and cultivating applied talents.
