长效β_2-受体激动剂联合长效抗胆碱能药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨长效β_2-受体激动剂联合长效抗胆碱能药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果,为临床治疗应用提供可参考依据。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年3月来本院就诊的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组给予长效β_2-受体激动剂+长效抗胆碱能药物治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能改善情况、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者肺功能能较治疗前均有改善,且观察组患者改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:长效β_2-受体激动剂联合长效抗胆碱能药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病能明显改善患者肺功能,安全性高不良反应少,临床效果显著。bjective：To explore the clinical effect of long-acting β 2-receptor agonist’s combined with long-acting anticholinergic drugs in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,providing a reference for clinical treatment. Methods：80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects,and the random number table method was divided into the control group and the experimental group. Control group given conventional treatment,the experimental group to long-acting β 2-receptor agonist＋long-acting anticholinergic drug treatment,compared two groups of patients with pulmonary function before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results： The effective rate was 92.5% in the experimental group and 77.5% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.The lung function of the two groups was improved after treatment,and the improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions：Long-acting β 2- agonists combined with long-acting anticholinergic drugs can significantly improve lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. high safety and low adverse reactions, remarkable clinical effect.
