摘 要:介绍了柴油机排气背压相关信息以及排气背压的计算方法。结合实测数据,建立主机排气系统模型简图,进行数据分析;根据等效转换后的排气局部阻力损失系数,计算特定工况下主机排气系统背压,并与实测值进行比较,最终找到了导致排气背压偏高的原因。This paper introduces the information and the calculation method of the exhaust back-pressure for the diesel engine. A schematic diagram of the main engine exhaust system is established for the data analysis based on the data that were measured during sea trial. According to the local resistance loss coefficient of the exhaust after equivalent conversion, the back-pressure of the exhaust system of the main engine under the specified working condition is calculated and compared with the measured value. Finally, it finds out the reason that causes the higher exhaust back-pressure.
