“人情稿”出现的可能因素及处理原则

摘　　要："人情稿"的出现可能与科技期刊的开放性和服务性、与编辑个体的社会属性、与科技期刊的隶属关系和科技期刊编辑出版上的集体性、系统性等因素有关;文章提出科技期刊编辑对待"人情稿"的合理态度:内心上,理解并接受;行动上,积极受理,尽快答复。在具体处理方式上,则应坚持唯学术质量说事、帮扶作者成长和合力维护科技期刊形象等原则,以期更好地培养作者,进而促进刊物发展。The emergence of ＂the papers with human relationship＂ may be related to factors such as the openness and service of sci-tech periodicals,the social attributes of the editors,the affiliation with the sci-tech periodicals,the collectivity and systematicness of the scitech periodicals in editing and publishing. This paper puts forward the reasonable attitude towards ＂the papers with human relationship＂：internally,one should understand and accept this phenomenon;while in action,one shall actively accept and reply as soon as possible.In the specific way,we should adhere to the principles of academic quality,helping the author grow up and maintaining the image of sci-tech periodicals,so as to better cultivate the author and promote the development of periodicals.
