广东省男子篮球联赛裁判员状况调查分析

摘　　要：采用访谈、文献资料、问卷和数理统计等方法,对广东省男子篮球联赛裁判员发展状况进行调查研究,结果表明:成功举办的三届联赛,每届裁判队伍较庞大;裁判员年龄在31-50岁的占了近7成,有4名女性国家级裁判员参与;国际级和国家级裁判员占了半数以上,并有多名裁判员参加过国内最高规格篮球赛事裁判工作;裁判员中教师占了7成多,高学历裁判员也占了半数;裁判员培训学习和选派较合理;每届赛后都有集中反馈和总结.广东省男子联赛是省内举办的最高水平赛事,执法裁判也是省内最高水平和最优秀的裁判员,参加联赛裁判员对自身和带动各地裁判水平提高有很大帮助.为进一步提高广东省篮球裁判整体水平,文章在调查分析联赛裁判员发展现状基础上,从三个方面提出具体建议,拟为促进广东省篮协举办的联赛更好地发展,并不断提高全省各地裁判水平提供参考.This paper investigates the status quo of referees of men＇s basketball league in Guangdong Province by means of interviews,literature,questionnaires and statistics. As shown by results,the league has been successfully held for three times,with a large number of referees participating in each time. The age of referees from 31 to 50 accounted for nearly 70 %,among which were four female with national qualifications. Referees with international and national qualifications accounted for more than a half and some of them have experience of high standard basketball matches. More than 70% of referees were teachers and about 50% of them held high degree. The training and selection were rational. Collective feedback and summary were conducted after each time of league. Men＇s Basketball League in Guangdong province is the highest level of matches inside the province,as well as the qualifications of referees. Being a referee of this league shall greatly improve his/her own professional standard,so as to referees in each place. To further enhance referees＇ overall standard,this paper proposed suggestions from three aspects based on investigation and analysis,in hopes of providing reference for improving the development of men＇s basketball league in Guangdong as well as elevating standard of referees in each place within the province.
