摘　　要：大力发展新能源汽车是党中央、国务院转变经济发展方式、缓解能源和交通压力、促进产业升级的重大战略决策。天津市委、市政府高度重视新能源汽车推广应用工作,成立新能源汽车推广应用工作领导小组,从新能源汽车推广、基础设施建设、政策支持、产业发展、宣传引导、模式创新等全方位多措并举,新能源汽车推广应用工作取得显著成效。通过分析2017年天津市新能源汽车推广应用情况,对后期的推广应用工作提出建议,为政府决策提供参考。Developing new energy vehicles is a major strategic decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Coun- cil to transform economic development mode, alleviate energy and traffic pressure and promote the industrial upgrad- ing.Tiaxijin Municipal Party Committee and Tianjin Municipal Government have attached great importance to the promotion and application of new Energy Vehicles and established a leadership group to take a variety of measures on new energy vehi- cle promotion, infrastructure construction, policy support, industry development, publicity guide, and mode innova- tion.New energy vehicle application has achieved significant results.This paper analyzes the situation of new energy vehicle promotion and application in Tiaxijin in 2017, and provides some suggestions.
