摘　　要：随着信息化、网络化的不断发展,图书馆的馆藏资源形式发生了重大变化,数字化资源日益增多,以印刷媒体为主的资源不再一统图书馆馆藏江山。为了更好地为教学科研提供优质的信息支撑,拓宽资源利用,中小学图书馆员必须适应新时代的发展要求,掌握数字化资源的使用技术,提升个人的服务技能与服务水平。With the continuous development of information and network, library＇s collection resources have changed greatly, and traditional printing media resources are no longer the mainstream of the library collections.In order to provide better information support for the teaching and scientific research in primary and secondary schools, librarians in the schools must adapt to the development of the new era, widen the utilization of resources, master the technology of digital resources, and improve the service skills and service level of their own.
