摘  要:探讨低钾胁迫下斑茅抗氧化酶活性和脯氨酸含量的差异,为培育钾高效甘蔗品种提供优异种质和理论依据。以斑茅云南82-85、海南92-109和广西87-3为供试材料,采用高钾(3 mmol/L,HK)和低钾(0.1 mmol/L,LK)2个营养液培养方法,研究钾胁迫对斑茅材料叶片和根系中SOD、POD和APX活性,以及脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,低钾胁迫处理下,3个供试斑茅材料叶片中,广西87-3根系中SOD活性随处理时间延长而逐渐增强,云南82-85和海南92-109根系中SOD活性随处理时间延长而降低;在高钾和低钾处理下,3个供试斑茅材料根系和叶片中POD、APX活性均随处理时间延长而逐渐降低。同时,低钾处理下3个供试斑茅材料根系和叶片中SOD、POD、APX活性均高于高钾处理。此外,高钾和低钾水平对3个供试斑茅材料地上部脯氨酸含量无显著影响,而3个供试材料间存在显著差异;但低钾处理下云南82-85、海南92-109和广西87-3根系中脯氨酸含量分别是高钾处理下的2.2、2.3和2.0倍。结果显示,低钾处理提高了斑茅抗氧化酶活力和脯氨酸含量,进而增强了植株的耐低钾胁迫能力。The aim of this study was to investigate the differences in the antioxidant enzymes activities and proline content of different genotypes of Erianthus arundinaceum under the low potassium stress, and to provide superior sugarcane germplasm resources and offer a theoretical basis for sugarcane breeding with high potassium efficient properties. Three genotypes of Erianthus arundinaceum, Yunnan82-85, Hainan92-109 and Guangxi87-3 screened at early stage were used as the testing materials. Two potassium levels, high(K~+ 3.0 mmol/L, HK) and low(K~+ 0.1 mmol/L, LK) were set up with hydroponic culture. The antioxidant enzymes activities and proline contents in the leaves and roots of Erianthus arundinaceum were analyzed. The results showed that under low potassium stress, the SOD activities in the leaves of the 3 genotypes of Erianthus arundinaceum and the SOD activities in the roots of Guangxi 87-3 gradually increasing with longer processing time, but the SOD activities in the roots of Yunnan 82-85 and Hainan 92-109 decreasing with longer processing time at different potassium levels. The POD and APX activities in the leaves and roots of the 3 genotypes Erianthus arundinaceum were decreasing with longer processing time at different potassium levels. Meanwhile, The SOD, POD and APX activities in the leaves and roots of the 3 genotypes cultured in low K~+ solution were higher than those cultured in high K~+ solution. Additionally, there was no significant difference in the proline contents in the leaves of the 3 genotypes under different K~+ levels, but the proline contents in the leaves had significant difference among 3 genotypes. The proline contents in roots of Yunnan82-85, Hainan92-109 and Guangxi87-3 under high K~+solution were 2.2, 2.3 and 2.0 times higher than those under high K~+ solution, respectively. Results showed that the materials of Erianthus arundinaceum can increase the antioxidant enzyme activities and proline contents to adapt low K~+ stress.
