摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平与CDKN2A/2B基因多态性的相关性。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月我院内分泌科、产科收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者120例(GDM组),同时选取同期在我院产科门诊检查糖耐量试验正常的孕妇120例作为对照。检测两组孕妇CDKN2A/2B基因多态性,并对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平与CDKN2A/2B基因多态性的相关性进行分析。结果妊娠期糖尿病患者TT、TC基因型的总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)高于CC基因型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TT、TC基因型的高密度脂蛋白(HDL)低于CC基因型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组孕妇CDKN2A/2B基因TT、TC、CC 3种基因型分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GDM组危险等位基因T分布频率显著高于健康对照组(P <0.05)。结论 CDKN2A/2B基因可能是妊娠糖尿病的易感基因之一,TC、TG、LDL、HDL、FBG与CDKN2A/2B基因多态性具有相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between blood lipid, blood glucose levels of gestational diabetes mellitus and CDKN2A/2B gene polymorphism. Methods The 120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled（GDM group）. At the same time,the 120 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance tests in obstetrics and gynecology clinic in our hospital were admitted as control. The polymorphisms of CDKN2A/2B gene for pregnant women in two groups were detected. The correlation between CDKN2A/2B polymorphism and blood lipid, blood glucose levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus was analyzed. Results The indexes of the TC, FBG, TG and LDL of genotype TT and TC in gestational diabetes mellitus were higher than those in CC genotype（P 〈 0.05 ）. The indexes of the HDL of TT and TC genotypes were lower than that of CC genotype （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The distribution of TT, TC and CC genotypes of CDKN2A/2B gene in pregnant women of the two groups were significantly different （P 〈 0.05 ）. The distribution frequency of risk allele T in GDM group was significantly higher than that in healthy pregnant women（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion CDKN2A/2B gene may be one of the susceptible genes of gestational diabetes mellitus. TC, TG, LDL, HDL, FBG are all correlated with CDKN2A/2B gene polymorphisms.
