摘 要:以不锈钢SUS 301L 1 mm+2 mm搭接结构为对象,对比研究激光填丝焊和MAG焊对焊缝成形、接头组织及性能的影响规律。结果表明:激光填丝焊焊缝成形优于MAG焊,接头余高和熔宽明显降低;激光填丝焊接头的显微组织为细小奥氏体柱状晶,MAG焊接头为粗大的柱状奥氏体晶与等轴晶;激光填丝焊焊缝整体硬度略高于MAG焊,接头的拉剪强度高于MAG焊,为727.3 MPa,可达到母材的73%,两者均断裂在焊缝处,呈典型的韧性断裂。Laser filled wire welding and MAG welding of SUS301L sheets with the lap joint form 1 mm+2 mm were carried out, andcomparative researched the effect of the two welding method on welding appearance, microstructure and properties. The result showed thatthe laser filled wire welding hada better weld formation than MAG welding, the reinforcement and weld width of weld significantlyreduced. Microstructure of laser filled wire welding joint consisted of fine columnar austenitic dendritic crystals, microstructure of MAGwelding joint consisted of coarse columnar austenite and isometric crystal. Laser filled wire welding hada higher weld hardness than MAGwelding and the tensile shear force was 727.3MPa up to 73%of base metal. Both of them break at the weld in a classical ductile way.
