摘 要:以φ(Ar)78%+φ(He)20%+φ(CO_2)2%混合气体作为保护气体,对16 mm厚304L不锈钢进行MAG自动焊工艺参数研究。结果表明:采用短路过渡时电弧不稳定,飞溅较大,容易产生气孔缺欠;采用射流过渡时电弧较稳定,无气孔,但是氦气的加入容易出现咬边现象;采用平均电流240 A的脉冲电流焊接时可以获得满足要求的焊缝质量。φ (Ar) 78%+φ (He) 20%+φ(CO2) 2% shielded MAG automatic welding was proposed to study the effects of welding parametersby using 16mm thickness 304L stainless steels. The results showed that short circuiting transfer can lead to the unstable electric arc andexcessive spatter. Besides, porosities were observed in the weld. The stable electric arc can be obtained by using spray transfer, but thehelium arc could cause undercut. Finally, the weld quality was satisfactory by using the average current of 240A.
