摘　　要：桔梗为桔梗科植物桔梗的根,性平,味甘、苦、辛,归肺、胃经,具有宣肺、祛痰、利咽、排脓等功效。桔梗的功用主要是"开提肺气",既能宣发肺气,又可肃降肺气而通调水道,无患下饮之聚。慢性肾脏病的治疗除着眼于肾脏本身外,还应重视控制咽部病变。余承惠教授认为,肺受百脉之朝会而联系全身各个经脉、脏腑,在用补气、补血、补阴之药时,加入开宣肺气之品,使精微之气通过肺脉布散到全身,才能补而不滞,滋而不腻,达到提升白细胞、恢复月经的治疗目的。余承惠教授结合桔梗性味、功效、归经和药理研究结果,在肾病治疗中发挥其清利咽喉、提壶揭盖、助肺朝百脉等作用,多获良效。The source is from the root of Jiegeng（ Radix Platycodonis）,with bland in nature,sweet and bitter and pungent in flavor,attributive to the lung and stomach meridians.It can disperse the lung to resolve phlegm,ease throat and drain the pus,etc.Jiegeng’s main function is to ＂ release the lung qi＂,not only dispersing the lung qi,but also descending the lung qi to smooth the water channel and avoid fluid retention.In addition to focusing on the kidney itself,the treatment of chronic kidney disease should also attach importance to the control of pharyngeal lesions.Professor Yu Cheng-hui thinks that all vessels converge the lung which connects the whole body’s meridians,viscera.When using the medicine of replenishing qi,enriching blood and nourishing yin,adding the product of dispersing lung qi to make refined nutritious substances spread through the pulmonary vein to the whole body,which can be supplementing without stagnation and not greasy,so as to achieve the purpose of improving white blood cells and restoring menstruation.Professor Yu has comprehended the results of the study on Jiegeng’s medicinal properties,actions,attribution,and pharmacology,made good use of its functions of clearing throat,relieving the lung for dieresis,and all vessels converging the lung,and achieved very remarkable efficacies.
