上中下通用痛风方治疗急性痛风性关节炎35例

摘　　要：目的:观察上中下通用痛风方治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各35例。对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合上中下通用痛风方。观察两组患者治疗前后关节肿胀疼痛积分,检测两组患者治疗前后血尿酸及血沉水平,比较两组患者病程。结果:两组患者治疗后关节肿胀及疼痛积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组病程短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后血尿酸及血沉水平低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗后,治疗组血尿酸及血沉水平低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:上中下通用痛风方有助于缓解急性痛风性关节症状、缩短急性期痛风病程、改善中医证候。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of upper and middle and lower gout formula on acute gouty arthritis.Methods： Seventy patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsules,and the ones in the treatment group were combined with the upper and middle and lower gout formula on the basis of the control group.The pain scores of joint swelling and swelling of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment.The levels of uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation in the two groups were measured before and after the treatment,and the course of disease in the two groups was compared.Results： The joint swelling and pain scores of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.The duration of treatment in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.The levels of uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment.The differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.After the treatment,the levels of uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion： The upper and middle and lower gout formula is helpful for relieving acute gouty joint symptoms,shortening the duration of acute gout and improving TCM syndromes.
