摘  要:目的:观察香砂养胃丸联合脾胃艾灸对尿毒症脾虚患者营养不良状况的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2017年10月在本院门诊和住院治疗的维持血液透析的尿毒症脾虚患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予香砂养胃丸联合脾胃艾灸治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候积分、MQSGA评分优于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗后血红蛋白、转铁蛋白、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、胆固醇的变化与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:香砂养胃丸联合脾胃艾灸可以改善尿毒症脾虚患者营养不良状况。Objective: To observe the influence of Aucklandia and Amomum Stomach-Nourishing Pills in combination with spleenstomach moxibustion on malnutrition of patients with spleen deficiency.Methods: Eighty uremic patients with spleen deficiency who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups’ patients were all given conventional Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were additionally given Aucklandia and Amomum Stomach-Nourishing Pills in combination with spleen-stomach moxibustion on the basis of conventional treatment.Results: After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and MQSGA in the treatment group were better than those in the control group( P 〈 0.05),and the changes of hemoglobin,transferrin,serum albumin,prealbumin and cholesterol in the two groups were statistically significant( P 〈 0.05).Conclusion: Aucklandia and Amomum Stomach-Nourishing Pills in combination with spleen-stomach moxibustion can improve malnutrition of patients with spleen deficiency.
