摘　　要：方剂的疗效除取决于处方药物的性能、配伍、剂量以及煎服方法外,剂型对功效的影响也不容小觑,剂型作为一种给药方式,影响着机体对药物的吸收、分布、代谢与排泄。剂型的改变可直接影响到药物剂量的增减变化,通过改变药物用量比例,改变方剂的配伍关系,进而影响到方剂的功效和主治。故在辨证论治中,既要深刻认识到各剂型的制备工艺及主要特点,也要针对病情及药物特点,选择最优剂型,以期达到最佳临床效果。The efficacy of the prescription depends on the properties,compatibility,dosage and decoction method of the prescription drug,and the effect of the dosage form on the efficacy can not be underestimated.As a way of administration,dosage form affects the absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion of drugs.The change of the dosage form can directly affect the increase or decrease of drug dosage,change the proportion of drug dosage,change the compatibility of prescription,and then affect the efficacy and treatment of the prescription.Therefore,in terms of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,we should not only deeply understand the preparation technology and the main characteristics of the various dosage forms,but also choose the optimal dosage form in order to achieve the best clinical effect in view of the condition and drug characteristics.
