中医治疗高脂血症综述

摘　　要：虽然目前治疗高脂血症的方法较多,但从脾论治,并将理、法、方、药有效的结合才是治疗的关键,健脾利湿,可使水谷得化,清者得升,浊者得降,各归其所,血脉、脏腑通畅,从而使脂质代谢正常。中医治疗高脂血症较西医治疗不良反应小,且疗效持久,但对中药中究竟哪些成分在治疗中起到关键作用的研究仍不明确,且目前临床和科研涉及的样本量普遍较小,所以得出的实验结果都具有一定的局限性,最重要的是"脾运化"在脂代谢网络中的调控机制也尚不明确,使得从脾主运化的角度去阐释和治疗高脂血症就缺乏一定的理论依据。因此,中医科研工作者需要对上述存在的问题进一步的探讨和解决。Although there are many methods to treat hyperlipidemia（ HLP） at present,the key is proper combination of mechanism,therapy,formula and drug.Invigorating spleen to eliminate damp can digest food,make lucid yang ascend,and turbid yin descend,blood vessels and viscera unblocked,which guarantees the lipid metabolism normal.The effect of traditional Chinese medicine on HLP is less than that of Western medicine,and the curative effect is lasting.However,the research on which components in the traditional Chinese medicine plays a key role in the treatment is still not clear,and the amount of samples involved in clinical and scientific research is generally small,so the experimental results have a definite limitation.The most important thing is that the regulation mechanism of ＂ spleen controlling digestion＂ in the lipid metabolism process is not clear either,which makes it lack a certain theoretical basis to explain and treat HLP from the angle of spleen controlling digestion.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine researchers need to further explore and solve the above problems.
