公安视角下基于微信空间的虚拟社会管理

摘　　要：虚拟社会管理是社会治理的重要组成部分,但其也面临着诸多挑战。当前,微信空间在方便人们生活的同时,也成为不法分子进行违法犯罪活动的新型工具,如窃取微信用户隐私信息、利用微信传播有害信息、微信诈骗、微信赌博等。公安机关需要从加强微信空间舆情信息巡查、加强微信数据信息的采集和管理、强化微信违法犯罪研判及管控、提高微信个人信息安全保护级别、拓宽微信管控主体范围等方面采取管控措施。Virtual community management is an essential part in social management yet in confrontation of many challenges. Presently, as Wechat provides convenience for people＇s life, it becomes a new-typed means for illegal activities like identity theft, circulation of harmful information, Wechat frauds and Wechat gambling. The police agency should take control measures to further inspect the public sentiment in Wechat, collect and manage the data information, analyze and control the illegal activities, verify the protection level of user＇s information security and enlarge the range of management and control subjects.
