摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声术前评估游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面肿瘤手术缺损受区血管的价值。方法以93例口腔颌面肿瘤患者为研究对象,按年龄、性别分组,术前对病变侧面颈部血管(面动脉、舌动脉、甲状腺上动脉、面静脉、面总静脉、颈外静脉)的内径、走行、血流参数及变异情况进行评估,分析不同年龄和性别组间的差异。结果面颈部血管的显示率均在94%以上,面总静脉及颈外静脉存在汇流变异或缺如的情况。中青年组面动脉、面静脉及舌动脉内径男性大于女性(P<0.05)。术中优选血管内径较大者作为吻合血管。结论彩色多普勒超声能够满足口腔颌面肿瘤患者受区血管术前评估的需求,对游离皮瓣移植术设计提供帮助。Objective To study the value of preoperative Color Doppler Ultrasound in evaluation of the recipient vessels in reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects with free flap. Methods Ninety-three patients with oral and maxillofacial neoplasms were divided into groups by age and gender. The inner diameter, course, hemodynamic parameters and variation of facial and cervical vessels （facial artery, lingual artery, superior thyroid artery, facial vein, common facial vein, external jugular vein） of lesion side were assessed to analyze the difference between young and middleaged people and old people, male and female. Results Of all the target facial and cervical vessels, over 94% were de tected, some variations or defects were observed in some cases. Male has larger inner diameter of facial artery, facial vein and lingual artery than female in young and middle-aged group （P〈0.05）. Choose the largest inner diameter of vessels for anastomosis. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound excels at displaying the facial and cervical vessels, which optimizes the operation design of reconstruction with free flap in patients with oral and maxillofacial neoplasms.
