正常成人盂肱关节囊的超声测值及特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨正常成人盂肱关节囊(GJC)的超声测值及影像特征。方法入组237例健康志愿者,观察GJC厚度、回声及有无积液。比较左右侧、不同性别及各年龄段GJC厚度有无统计学差异。结果正常成人GJC厚度均值为(2.12±0.52)mm,男性GJC厚度大于女性(P<0.05)。左右侧与各年龄段GJC厚度比较无统计学差异。GJC超声特征:与邻近组织分界清晰,外侧细线状等回声,内部均匀回声(低回声为主占75.53%),仅少数人(1.90%)见少量关节积液。结论超声能准确测量正常成人GJC厚度,且其测值恒定,与邻近组织分界清晰,为下一步冻结肩超声诊断提供参考价值。Objective To investigate ultrasound measurement and imaging features of glenohumeral joint capsule （GJC） in normal adults. Methods The thickness, echo and effusion of GJC were analyzed in 237 normal adults. The thickness of GJC between left and right side, different gender and age groups werecompared, respectively. Results The average thickness of GJC in normal adults was（2.12±0.52）mm, and it was greater in men than women（P〈 0.05）. There was no difference in both sides and different age groups. The sonographic feature of GJC included its clear boundary with adjacent tissue. GJC was fine linear isoecho in lateral side, homogeneous hypoecho or isoecho （75.53%） in inner structure. Only few people （1.90%） bad capsule effusion. Conclusions Uhrasonography can accurately measure the thickness of GJC in normal adults, the measurement is constant and the bourday with adjacent tissues is clenr. It provides reference value for fvozen shoulder ultrasound.
