摘 要:目的:分析中医药在骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)生物力学中的实验研究特点。方法:通过检索中国知网数据库自2009年来公开发表的文献资料,对骨质疏松症生物力学的中医药实验研究中的动物模型选择、治疗周期、治疗方法、生物力学检测方法、检测材料、检测指标等规律和特点进行分析和总结。结果:(1)中医药对OP生物力学影响的实验研究总体数量较少,纳入文献共55篇,以中药为干预措施为主,占76%,针灸占24%。(2)纳入研究中实验动物选择不统一,研究选择3个月月龄大鼠的研究最多,占31%,6个月龄大鼠仅占16%,有16%的研究未说明大鼠月龄,OP造模方法不统一,仅20%的研究明确成模标准。(3)OP治疗周期以3个月为多,占51%,有25%的研究治疗周期在3个月以下。(4)中药对OP的研究以补肾健骨、活血化瘀药为主要原则;针灸对OP生物力学性能研究多从膀胱经、督脉、胃经入手,使用经穴频次位于前5名的依次是肾俞、足三里、命门、关元、大杼,其刺激方法以电针为主。(5)生物力学检测方法有:三点弯曲实验、压缩实验;89%的研究采用了三点弯曲实验检测方法,其中只有22%的研究同时采用了三点弯曲实验及压缩实验;有7%的研究只选用了压缩实验检测生物力学;生物力学检测指标有载荷、应力、应变、M弯矩、极限强度等。结论:中医药对OP生物力学有改善作用,可提高OP抗骨折的能力,但研究中存在研究数量少,大鼠月龄、造模方法选择不一,缺少成模检测,治疗周期短,缺少中药量效关系研究及不同方药的对比研究,生物力学检测方法、检测材料、检测指标不统一,检测不全面等问题,在以后的研究中有待改善。Objective:To analyze the experimental characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of osteoporosis with biomechanics. Methods :Through the retrieval of the published literature on CNKI database since 2009, the experimental animal models for the study of osteoporosis with biomechanics in traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment cycle, treatment method, bio- mechanics testing methods and testing materials, detection index rules and characteristics were analyzed and summarized. Results: 1. The total number of experimental studies on the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on OP biomechanics is small, inclu- ding 55 articles in the literature, mainly taking traditional Chinese medicine as the intervention measure ,accounting for 76% , and acupuncture only 24%. 2. In the included study, the choice of experimental animals was not uniform. The number of studies on 3- month-old rats was the highest, accounting for 31%, and 6-month-old rats only accounted for 16%. Among them 16% of the stud- ies did not specify the age of rats, and OP modeling methods were not uniform. Only 20 percent of the studies clearly defined the modeling criteria. 3. OP treatment cycles were more than 3 months, accounting for 51%, and 25% of the study treatment cycles were less than 3 months. 4. The main principles of Chinese medicine in the study of OP are promoting Kidney and Bone, also pro- moting Blood circulation and removing Blood stasis. Studies on the biomechanieal properties of OP by acupuncture mostly started from the bladder meridian, governor vein and stomach meridian, and the first five are Shenshu, Zusanli, Mingmen, Guanyuan and Dazhu acupoints,the stimulation methods of which are mainly electric needles. 5. Biomechanical detection methods include three- point bending test and compression test. There were 89% of the studies that used the three-point bending test, of which only 22 percent used both the three-point bending test and the compression test.
