补脾益气方雾化吸入治疗鼻鼽脾气虚弱证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补脾益气方雾化吸入治疗鼻鼽脾气虚弱证的临床疗效,以及对血清中白介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)和干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法:将120例变应性鼻炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻和口服地氯雷他定片治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用补脾益气方雾化吸入治疗,每天2次,每次20 min。所有患者均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者临床症状评分、生存质量评分和临床疗效,并检测两组患者血清中IL-4和IFN-γ水平。结果:治疗后,观察组患者临床症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者的活动、鼻部症状、睡眠积分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清中IL-4水平明显低于对照组,IFN-γ显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补脾益气方雾化吸入治疗鼻鼽脾气虚弱证疗效显著,且能调节患者体内IL-4和IFN-γ水平。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Bupi Yiqi Prescription in treatment of Allergic rhinitis with Spleen Qi Defi- ciency Syndrome as well as its effect on serum interleukin-4 （IL-4） and interferon-γ（IFN-γ） level. Methods： 120 patients with Allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. In the control group, nasal spray and oral loratadine tablets were taken with mometasone furoate nasal spray. The observation group was treated with Fu- qiqifang atomized inhalation in addition to that of the control group, twice a day for 20 minutes. All patients were treated continu- ously for 4 weeks. The clinical symptom score, quality of life score and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared, and serum IL-4 and IFN-~/levels were measured in the two groups. Results ： After treatment, the clinical symptom score of the observa- tion group were significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the activity, nasal symptoms and sleep scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The effective rate of the observation group was 90.00% ,which was significantly higher than that （73.33%） of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of serum IL-4 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the IFN-γ, level was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Bupi Yiqi Prescription is effective in the treatment of Allergic rhini- tis with Spleen Qi deficiency Syndrome and it can regulate the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in patients.
