摘  要:目的:分析针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的腧穴选择规律。方法:检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普全文期刊数据库、Pubmed,搜集近10年来关于针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床文献,总结针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的腧穴,建立Excel表格,并采用SPSS 19.0软件和中医传承辅助平台V2.5对腧穴进行描述性分析、聚类分析和关联分析。结果:针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的主穴为足三里;主要经脉为足太阴脾经;聚类分析显示有效穴位群为:太冲-曲池、行间-内庭-血海、太溪-太白、大椎-合谷-丰隆-阳陵泉;关联分析显示支持度和置信度最高的为足三里-三阴交。结论:从针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的相关文献中总结选穴规律,可为痛风性关节炎的临床治疗提供理论参考。Objective:To analyze the rule of acupoint selection in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Gouty arthritis. Meth- ods :The clinical literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Gouty arthritis in China Knowledge Network Database (CNKI) , Wanfang Database, Weipu Full-text Journal Database and Pubmed was collected. The acupuncture and moxibustion treat- ment of gouty arthritis was established in Excel forms. SPSS 19.0 software and TCM inheritance platform V2.5 were used for de- scriptive analysis, cluster analysis and association analysis. Results : According to the analysis, the main point of acupuncture treat- ment of gouty arthritis is Zusanli and the main meridian is Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian. The cluster analysis indicated that the ef- fective group of acupoint was: Taichong-Quchi, Xingjian-Neiting-Xuehai, Tai-Taibai, Dazhui-Hegu-Fenglong-Yanglingquan. The correlation analysis suggested that the group with highest degree of support and confidence was Zusanli-Sanyinjiao. Conclusion: From the data of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of Gout arthritis, the rule of selecting aeupoints can provide theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of Gout arthritis.
