从《痈疽神秘灸经》探析灸法治疗痈疽思路

摘　　要：《痈疽神秘灸经》是灸法治疗痈疽的专著,该书概括了痈疽诸病的共性规律,认为治疗痈疽应重视气血畅达,结合脏腑辨证、经络辨证,按经脉循行对痈疽进行分类,并对其病因病机、病位及治疗进行系统性归纳总结。极为难得的是,书中所选腧穴力求少而精,相当多的腧穴属于特定穴的范畴,可见胡元庆重视腧穴远道作用。Yong Ju Shen Mi Jiu Jing is a monograph on moxibustion treatment of Carbuncle and Gangrene. This book summarizes the common law of the disease. It is believed that treatment should pay attention to the smoothness of Qi and Blood, and classify the disease according to meridian differentiation by combining viscera syndrome differentiation and meridian differentiation. It is pro- posed that systematical summarization of the etiology, pathogenesis, disease location and treatment of the disease should be done. It is extremely valuable that the selected acupoints in the book are few and refined. A considerable number of acupoints belong to the category of specific acupoints. It can be seen that Hu Yuanqing attaches great importance to the acupoints selection in treatment of the disease.
