摘  要:为科学评估防洪保护区的洪水风险,从灾害学观点出发,构建了防洪保护区洪水风险评价指标体系,提出了各评价指标相应于不同风险等级的划分标准,并以辽浑、浑太防洪保护区为例,采用层次分析法计算了各项指标权重,以洪水分析网格为基本单元采用模糊综合评价法计算了研究区的洪水风险等级,绘制了洪水风险区划图。结果表明:所建的洪水风险评价模型可以客观地识别出研究区的风险等级,洪水风险评价结果与实际情况吻合,可用于防洪保护区的洪水风险区划。In order to assess flood risk of flood protection areas scientifically, this paper established the flood risk evaluation index system of flood protection areas from the perspective of catastrophology, and proposed grading standards of each index. Taking the Liaohun-Huntai flood protection areas as an example, the weight of each index was calculated by using AHP. Based on the calculating grid in flood risk map, the flood risk degrees of the study area were evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the flood risk zoning map was drawn. The results showed that the flood risk assessment model constructed in this paper could objectively identify the flood risk levels of flood protection areas and the flood risk assessment results were consistent with the actual situation in Liaohun-Huntai flood protection areas. Thus, the flood risk assessment model could be used to evaluate the flood risk levels of flood protection areas.
