消石汤预防微创保胆取石后结石复发的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究消石汤预防微创保胆取石后结石复发的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年8月—2017年4月期间收治的72例微创保胆取石术患者,按照单双号法分为对照组和试验组,每组36例,对照组术后予以去氧胆酸片防治,试验组予以消石汤防治,比较2组术后胆囊壁厚度、胆囊收缩功能变化及结石复发情况。结果 2组治疗后胆囊壁厚度小于治疗前,胆囊功能强于治疗组,且组间予以比较,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组术后1年结石复发率进行比较,试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创保胆取石后应用消石汤可有效预防结石复发,改善胆囊功能,值得临床使用和进一步推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Xiaoshi decoction in preventing recurrence of stones after minimally invasive bile removal. Methods The selected cases were 72 cases of minimally invasive gallbladder lithotripsy treated in our hospital from August 2016 to April 2017. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the single and double number method. There were 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with deoxycholic acid tablets postoperatively and the experimental group was treated with Xiaoshi decoction. The gallbladder wall thickness,gallbladder contraction function and stone recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment of the two groups,the thickness of the gallbladder wall was smaller than that before treatment,and gallbladder function was stronger than that of the treatment group. The comparison between the two groups was better in the experimental group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The stone recurrence rate was compared between the two groups after one year. The experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Xiaoshi decoction can effectively prevent the recurrence of stones and improve gallbladder function after minimally invasive bile stone removal. It is worthy of clinical use and further promotion.
