摘  要:目的:建立人面果叶总黄酮含量测定的方法。方法:比较Na NO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-Na OH和Al Cl_3-CH_3COONa/CH_3COOH两种显色方法测定人面果叶中总黄酮含量的差异。结果:用Al Cl_3-CH_3COONa/CH_3COOH显色的方法,供试品和对照品Fukugetin在415 nm处显示有较强和稳定的吸收。结论:采用Al Cl_3-CH_3COONa/CH_3COOH比色法测定人面果叶总黄酮的含量,并建立了该方法测定人面果叶总黄酮含量的最优条件。Objective:To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids from the leaves of Garcinia xanthochymus.Methods:Na NO2-Al(NO3)3-Na OH and Al Cl3-CH3COONa/CH3COOH colorimetry methods were compared to determine the total flavonoids from the leaves of G.xanthochymus.Results:Both the test sample and Fukugetin showed strong and stable absorptions at 415 nm by Al Cl3-CH3COONa/CH3COOH colorimetry.Conclusion:It is reasonable to determine the total flavonoids by using Al Cl3-CH3COONa/CH3COOH colorimetry,the optimum condition of this method was selected.
