摘  要:快控线圈是东方超环装置中维持等离子体垂直稳定性的核心部件,然而等离子体击穿以后,由等离子体电流激发的强磁场与快控线圈的大电流相互作用产生的电磁力将会对快控线圈造成强烈的电磁冲击.本文采用电流丝等效模型,将等离子体电流离散化为圆环形电流丝,并基于椭圆积分和安培力定律计算等离子体电流在快控线圈圆弧截面上的磁场、电磁力.随后,采用磁-结构间接耦合法,以电磁力密度作为结构分析的载荷边界条件,借助有限元分析工具分析计算电磁载荷下快控线圈圆弧段的应力应变状态,并依据ASME分析设计的应力评定规范,对计算结果进行分析评定,结果表明,各种应力均在阈值以内.Fast control coil is the key component of EAST to keep the vertical stability of plasma. However, once the plasma is breakdown, strong electromagnetic shock on the fast control coil will be caused due to the interaction of strong magnetic field derived from plasma current and large current from fast control coil. In the paper we use filament equiwdent model to discretize plasma current into pieces of circular filaments carrying current. Then, the magnetic field and electromagnetic force at tee cross-section of fast control coil are calculated based on elliptical integral and Ampere's force law respectively. Subsequently, based on indirect coupling method, the electromagnetic force density is used as the loading boundary condition during the structure analysis, the streswstrain state of fast control coil large are segment under the electromagnetic load is analyzed by using the finite element analysis tool. In addition, the simulation results are assessed based on the specification of analytical design in the corresponding division of ASME. The study results indicate all kinds of stress are within the threshold.
