摘 要:为了解不同水泥剂量下水泥稳定碎石混合料的无侧限抗压强度、干缩和温缩性能、抗冲刷性能等路用性能及其变化规律,采用振动拌和、振机无振动拌和、普通静力拌和3种不同搅拌方式进行研究,然后基于试验结果对振动拌和工艺的作用机理进行了分析。结果表明:1)振动拌和工艺加大了拌和激振力,增加了水泥稳定碎石混合料的拌和均匀性;2)相比振机无振拌与普通静力拌和方式,振动拌和工艺下水泥稳定碎石混合料的无侧限抗压强度平均提高了30.8%、49.5%;振动拌和型水泥稳定碎石混合料的劈裂强度提高了46.1%;3)振动拌和工艺还能有效改善混合料干缩、温缩及抗冲刷等路用性能。In order to understand the unconfined compressive strength, drying shrinkage, temperature shrinkage and erosion resistance of cement stabilized macadam mixtures with different cement dosages, three different mixing modes of vibro-mixing, vibrator without vibration mixing , ordinary static mixing, were studied. Then based on the test results, the mechanism of vibration mixing process is analyzed. The results show that: 1) The vibration mixing process increases the mixing excitation force and increases the mixing uniformity of the cement stabilized macadam mixture; 2) Compared with v vibrator without vibration mixing , ordinary static mixing mode, the unconfined compressive strength of the cement stabilized gravel mixture increased by 30.8% and 49.5% on average under the vibratory mixing technology; the splitting strength of the vibrating mixed cement stabilized gravel mixture increased by 46.1%; 3) Vibrating mixing process can effectively improve the mix road performance such as shrinkage, temperature shrinkage and erosion resistance.
