摘　　要：钢桥面铺装工程在实施及运营阶段存在质量缺陷及责任纠纷,极大困扰着桥梁管理部门。结合钢桥面铺装技术屏蔽性的特点,从项目建设初期入手,制定钢桥面铺装建养一体化实施方案,并对其中关键问题进行探讨,并在马鞍山长江公路大桥推广应用,使用效果证明,方案设计更为合理、可行,施工质量责任感增强,项目管理理念及水平大幅提升,周期费用节约显著。There are quality defects and liability disputes in the implementation and operation of steel bridge deck pavement project, which greatly troubles the bridge management department. Combining with the shielding characteristics of steel deck pavement technology, starting from the initial stage of project construction, this paper formulates the integrated implementation scheme of steel deck pavement construction and maintenance, and discusses the key problems. The scheme has been popularized and applied to Maanshan Yangtze River Highway Bridge. The application results show that the scheme design is more reasonable and feasible, the sense of responsibility for construction quality is increased, the project management concept and level are greatly improved, and the cycle cost savings are significant.
