摘  要:对16份云和雪梨(Pyrus pyrifolia)种质进行了S-RNase基因部分核苷酸片段的PCR扩增和测序,通过BLAST进行基于核苷酸序列的同源性分析以确定S基因类型,并确定各样本的S基因型。结果显示:15份种质的S基因型完全一致,2个位点与S4和S19的同源性分别均为100%,因此,其基因型为S4S19;而真香梨中的一个S基因为S19,另一个则与S5a和S41同源性分别为98%和100%,因此,真香梨的S基因型为S19S41(S19S5a)。这3个S基因中,S4和S19分别在砂梨和白梨中频率最高,而S41(S5a)仅在秋子梨(P. ussuriensis)和西方梨种(P. pyraster)中广泛存在。研究结果为云和雪梨授粉品种选择和遗传育种提供了依据。The partial S-RNase gene fragment of 16 Yunhe pear accessions(Pyrus pyrifolia) were amplified and sequenced, and the S gene name and S genotypes of each accession were determined using BLAST based on the nucleotide sequence homology. The results showed that the S genotype of 15 Yunhe pear accessions was identical,and each S allele showed 100% homology to S4 and S19, respectively. Therefore, S genotypes of the 15 accessions were all identified as S4S19 . The only exception was Zhenxiangli, of which one S allele was S19,and the other was 100% homologous to S5a,and 98% homologous to S41 . Therefore, the S genotype of Zhenxiangli was identified as S19S41 (S19S5a) . Among the three S genes, S4 and S41 was the most frequently found in Chinese white pears and Chinese sand pears, respectively, while S41(S5a) was extensively only found in P. ussuriensis and Occidental species P. pyraster. The results provide basis for pollinizer selection and genetic breeding of Yunhe pear.
