廉洁政治视域下山东抗日根据地基层党纪建设的路径与经验

摘　　要：抗战时期,山东抗日根据地高度重视基层党员干部的党纪建设工作,采取整顿基层党支部和改造村政权,制定相关配套制度和出台专门法规等措施,稳步推进党的政治纪律、经济纪律、廉政纪律建设等,塑造廉洁政治,取得了显著成效,并在提高党的领导力、提升党纪执行力、坚持党纪建设的问题导向、优化执纪结构等方面积累了丰富经验。During the anti-Japanese war, Shandong anti-Japanese base attached great importance to the discipline building for the grassroots party cadres. Numerous measures such as rectification of the grass-roots party branch, reformation of the rural regime, formulation of relevant supporting systems and the issuance of specific regulations were taken to advance the building of the Party＇s disciplines in politics, economy and clean governance and accordingly scored remarkable achievements in shaping clean politics. Meanwhile it has accumulated rich experience in improving the party＇s leadership, promoting the execution of party discipline, adhering to the problem orientation of the party＇ s discipline building and optimizing the structure of discipline enforcement.
